On this unexpectedly cold, wet and windy day I went hunting on the beach in search of old coins and interesting treasures with my Minelab Equinox metal detector. The first beach I visited didn't have as many targets as I anticipated, so I then travelled to an older beach - and just as I was about to give up, some lovely old coins revealed themselves...
