It's so helpful in switching the mind out of the 'stuck record' mode and setting you back on track to shining your true light with clarity and perspective.
As with all kundalini yoga kriyas please be careful with your body. Keep yourself safe from injury. If you feel dizzy, just take a moment or two out. Remember to drink plenty of water during and after your practice.
