Video demonstrating minimally invasive salivary stone removal from the parotid duct after a duct stenosis dilation using a balloon. The duct opening (Stensen's duct) is dilated wider using salivary probes of increasing diameter. Once adequately enlarged, a special endoscope (sialendoscope) is introduced to visualize the stenosis and stone. A balloon is used to first dilate the stenosis before tiny graspers are used to then remove the stone.
