Narendra Modi government on June 13 made an important move for the benefit of low earning service class. Government cut the rate of contribution under the Employees’ State Insurance Act (ESI Act) to 4 percent from 6.5 percent. This reduction in will be effective from 1st July. Will benefit employees who earn less than 21 thousand is a month.
