What's even better than almond milk? CASHEW MILK!
1 cup raw, unroasted, unsalted cashews soaked overnight for max of 8hrs
3-4 cups water
1 tsp vanilla
1 date
Additional hack: if you don't have time to soak them overnight, boil the cashews for 15mins and then rinse them in cool temp water.
