Tina Rosenberg, co-founder of the Solutions Journalism Network, writes the Fixes column for The New York Times, which she mostly reports by phone. She’ll be joined by Roxanne Patel Shepelavy, executive editor of The Philadelphia Citizen, who also covers national stories from her city.
