Georgetown Law’s Institute for Constitutional Advocacy and Protection (ICAP) and Center on National Security hosted a groundbreaking panel discussion featuring former staff of the United States House Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol. These former staffers were tasked with investigating domestic violent extremism and its role in the insurrection. Panelists discuss the evidence gathered by the Select Committee, the conclusions supported by that evidence, and the implications for the ongoing threat of domestic violent extremism.
