Scrambled Chickpeas – Vegan Recipe
1 (15.5 ounce) can of chickpeas (garbonzo beans)
1 – 2 cloves of garlic
½ c. chopped onion
1 chopped roma tomato
1 or 2 handfuls of baby spinach
½ cup sliced mushrooms
½ red bell pepper chopped
Smoked Paprika to taste
Salt and Pepper to taste
Olive Oil
Serve this dish with roasted baby potatoes and you will have a very satisfying breakfast.
This tasty vegan breakfast recipe is very easy to make.
