FOUR CHEESE TIROPITA WITH SODA WATER. Tiropita is a delicious traditional Greek cheese pie. We’ve used four of our favourite cheeses – feta cheese, ricotta cheese, halloumi cheese and kefalograviera cheese to create this Four Cheese Tiropita. Adding soda water to the Tiropita before baking it helps create a pie that is light and fluffy in texture. It also helps the Fillo Pastry cook evenly and crispy all over.
