3.Check 3.3V regulator input voltage----ok.
4.Check 3.3V regulator output voltage--ok.
5.Check 8V regulator input voltage-----ok.
6Check 8V regulator output voltage---missing.
7.Check 5V regulator input voltage----ok.
8.Check 5V regulator output voltage--ok.
9.Power of/Open 8V regulator.
10.Set new 8V regulator BIG size---regulator put on pcb reverse side.
11.Power on/Again check 8V regulator input voltage--ok.
12.Check 8V regulator output voltage---same result---voltage mising.
13.Power off/Check ohms output of 8V regulator----low ohms.
14.SMD ic internally short------open SMD IC.
15 .After open SMD ic------Again check ohms output of 8V regulator-----high ohms.
16.Set new SMD ic .
17.Again check ohms output of 8V regulator, setup after new SMD ic---high ohms.
18. Power on/Then-----
