In this video, Toronto physiotherapist James Braithwaite, PT, CSCS, discusses how to do a quick and dirty "plan B" workout in your office. "Plan B?" you say? Yes indeed, this is the workout you go to when you couldn't roll out of bed in the morning to get to the gym. The good news is that it's effective - as I always say "we should be able to work out in a sewer if we need", the office is nicer though. Be creative with your exercise, you don't need fancy equipment to workout well!
