This Video is about Megha supply's cooking gas to every households in 10 rural districts of #Telangana State.Under this project totally 5.5 lakh homes will get piped gas connections. MEIL has won three bids covering 10 districts in Telangana state. The project entails laying up of 3,100 kilometres pipeline in 10 districts.The government aims to provide piped gas connections to one crore households by 2020. MEIL which started piped gas supply under the tagline ‘Megha Gas its Smart – its Good’ is all set to bring piped cooking gas to lakhs of households in ten districts of Telangana. The gas will be drawn from a trunk line network being built as part of the project. The entire project is to be completed in eight years’ time.#MeghaGas has already commenced piped gas supply operations in Agiripalli, Kanur in Krishna district of AP, Tumkur and Belagavi districts of Karnataka.
