A Gyro or Gyros is a Greek dish classically made from lamb, a combo of lamb and beef, or even chicken, very generously seasoned with salt, herbs and spices, and is nothing sort of an impossible not-to-love flavour explosion. In Greece and Cyprus, it is prepared most often with pork or chicken, whilst beef, chicken and lamb are common in other countries. Tzatziki sauce is often served as a dip with Pita bread. Greek salad is a popular salad in Greek cuisine generally made with pieces of tomatoes, cucumbers, onion, feta cheese, and olives and dressed with salt, pepper and olive oil.
