September 17, 2020. This is a walking tour starting at the small pier to the main park in Chicxulub Puerto, Yucatan, Mexico during the pandemic. Chicxulub is also known to be the site where the meteor crashed and extinguished the dinosaurs. This small town is 15 minutes away from Progreso, the most important port in Yucatan. This tour starts and ends at the pier passing by the market, church and main park in town. I hope this gives you a better idea of what to expect when visiting or considering moving here as it is a very popular destination for the expat community.
