It’s the winter season y’all and it’s mandatory during this time to have some heart warming recipes. I’ll be showing you all how to create this easy and savory collard green recipe in the pressure cooker. I literally fell in love with this instant pot! You can make so many recipes including this collard green recipe. Enjoy!
2 Bags of collard greens
1 Green bell peppers,chopped
1 medium sized onion, chopped
1 pack of turkey necks
(you can choose a different choice of meat)
2 Pack, Sazon Seasoning
2 Tbs, Butter
2 Tbsp, olive oil
1 Tbsp, Smoked Paprika
1/2 teaspoon , Black Pepper
1 packet, ham flavorings (Goya brand)
1/2 Tbs, Adobo (Goya brand)
1/3 cup, Sofrito (Goya brand)
2 Tbsp, Onion powder
1 1/2 Tbsp, Garlic powder
3-4 Garlic(minced)
Pinch of Cayenne pepper
6-8 Cups chicken broth
