The Bronx Columbus Day Parade is an annual event celebrating Italian heritage and culture. This year's parade occurred on October 8th, 2023, at Morris Park and Barnes Avenues in the Bronx. The parade featured a variety of floats, marching bands, and other performers.
The grand marshal for this year's parade was Michael Benedetto, a New York State Assembly Member chosen for his enthusiasm and dedication to the Italian American Community.
Louise Delucia, a local advocate who has given back to her community through her work with the Morris Park Community Association, was honored as the deputy grand marshal.
Beth Paretta, Don DeCarlo, Janet DiFiore, Thomas DiNapoli, and Father Zachariah F. were also honored as part of the parade.
The Bronx Columbus Day Parade is one of the Columbus Day Parades in New York City. October 9th, 2023 will be Columbus Day 2023. Columbus Day Parade NYC will be held on Columbus Day.
