It also helps identify training programs that would help achieve the strategic business objectives of the organization. At the Operational level, TNA helps identify the Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) needed to complete tasks efficiently. At the Individual level, TNA helps determine who needs training and for which task. Conducting an effective TNA can help you see the big picture in corporate learning and development.
