I had the honor of staying in beautiful Napa Valley, California for a month and a half for a Disney + show. Calistoga is a wonderful little town with all sorts of little gems. Dr. Wilkinson's Hot Springs Resort is an oddly named newly renovated motel in this town surrounded by quaint $750000 homes. I really liked the choices they made for the updates. I was unable to enjoy most of the amenities, as it was under construction while I stayed.

Great service, nice accommodations. Right next to a little downtown with plenty of great restaurants, wineries, and the best Amber beer I've ever had (Calistoga Inn Restaurant). Horrible insulation. You can easily hear normal volume conversations in next room over.

Well done renovation. Clean lines. Nice looking functional furniture. Modern Palm Springs vibe.
Overall: 6 / 10
This place won't blow your socks off, but it does the job well. For $300 - $600 a night depending on which day (I looked on their website), it's going to cost you to stay here. Your stay in Calistoga will be more determined by what you do outside of the hotel room. And there is plenty to do, especially if you love wine. If I had to pay for lodging here (work paid this time), I would get an Airbnb and save a ton.
Thanks for watching or reading this or both. Bye, love you.
