This is a 75 minute vinyasa flow class. A complete practice, including core, sun salutes, standing poses, arm balances, inversions, warm down and guided shavasana. A great practice when you have time and energy to explore a more challenging practice in an accessible way. Begin by connecting to your abdominal core, flow through a gentle warm up and sun salutes to loosen and open your body. We then slow the pace and linger in our standing pose series...challenging your balance, twisting, lengthening and strengthening your whole body. Class then progresses with an inversion sequence. I offer some variations and modifications along the way to make it accessible. Wind down with backbends, twists and a forward fold before enjoying a well earned rest in shavasana.
