This guided meditation to heal and build self-love while you sleep takes you through gradual stages of letting go of the old and welcoming in new habits, beliefs and thought patterns. You are guided through progressive relaxation to get comfortable in the body, soul and mind that you inhabit in this lifetime then discard cyclical unhelpful thought patterns. You then meet your child self at a certain age that is meaningful to you. You explain anything that is still confusing to the child self, put words to what could not be explained back then with the child's mind, and you commit to protect and keep safe your child safe. As you reunite, you both feel a wholeness, a safety, a strength and no longer need false outside validation. As you complete this session you start to visualize the higher self you will become.
