On Aug. 4, Travel Oregon hosted an online forum, beginning with a succinct technical education session followed by questions and small breakout discussions. Speaker, Fabio Raimo de Oliveira from Adventure Travel Trade Association (ATTA), discussed effective approaches for sanitation, operations and guest communication.
