This week on blast off Mondays, we're joined by Subject Matter Expert, retired Army Ranger, and former member of the Army Marksmanship Unit, Dave Steinbach.

He'll be shooting at a Level III plate from 25-yards away using an AR-15 and 40-grain frangible ammo.

Will the bullet penetrate through the plate?
