I wanted to make this video to highlight some of the changes I made to the way I train shoulders. In the past I would do the typical 4 exercises with 3-4 sets for each but I found myself dreading those later sets and half a**ing them so I completely changed it up.
I now drop the sets to 2 max and up the number of exercises I do with little rest in between. I guarantee if you try this you will feel some serious soreness in every head of your delt (anterior, lateral, posterior)
