This question comes up a lot in BJJ here is my take on the question.
By using strength and size you are not only learning how to put your game together you are helping others learn to get around that factor.
If you are wanting to get more technical go with smaller opponents and just slow things down a bit. But as far as feeling bad for beating someone using strength...don't.
Use this to your advantage and put it with techniques that will factor in with your strength. Now one day you may run into someone stronger than you so it is important you are learning as well.
Learn how to use your body for an advantage. I have long limbs and play a long mans game. If you are big you play a big mans top game. If you are incredibly strong use this for an advantage. Like I said just find techniques that go with your game.
