Khachapuri! This traditional cheese-filled bread is of Georgian descent. The boat-shaped dough is filled with a generous amount of delicious cheese. Baked in a wood-fired oven until the cheese has melted and topped with fresh butter and eggs. This meal is eggy, creamy, cheesy, buttery, and crunchy. DELICIOUS!
Recipe
Bread dough
∙ 4 cups white bread flour
∙ 1½ cups warm milk
∙ 1 teaspoon of sugar
∙ 10g Instant dry yeast
∙ ¼ cup sunflower oil
∙ 1 teaspoon salt
Filling
∙ 400g Feta cheese
∙ 600g mozzarella cheese
∙ butter
∙ 2 eggs
