(25 Feb 1977) Dr. David Owen, on his first trip abroad as Britain's Foreign Secretary, said in Paris on Friday (25 Feb 77) that it was extremely important that Concorde be allowed to land at New York. Owen had a two- hour meeting with his opposite number Louis De Guiringaud. At a press conference later, he said there were no points of disagreement between the French and the British on the subjects discussed.
