Here i do a little freestyle on the parallel dip bar... I try to combinate some excercises i tried single and static.. But now a few years later i try to connect the excercices and try to make i look like a flow... It was after a long time i saw the parallel dip bar again but i did a lot of things in the gym in the winter so it was not so heavy. Calisthenics is so good and makes your body so strong i can see it when i am back in the gym again hahaha. But tips are dipping till you cant.... then try to jump with your hands lose.. then try to spin on your ass on the bar on your own axis. Try the L-sit and V-sit and make yourself comfortable by stepping with your hands from bar to bar. When you are gassed out you can do knee raisers or single leg raisers and lifting your ass high as possible for your lower back... If you know what is possible with this the sky is the limit....
