RuPaul wins Canadian Screen Awards for Best Performance in Big Bad Boo's The Bravest Knight - Shabnam Rezaei Acceptance Speech from the Canadian Screen Awards 2022.
The Bravest Knight is an original Hulu series created in Big Bad Boo Studios and directed by Rezaei. Created by Daniel Errico, the series follows Cedric, formerly a pumpkin farmer. He is now married to prince Andrew, as Cedric tells the story of how he became the "greatest knight" to Nia, his 10-year-old adopted daughter, and the challenges he encountered along the way, where he was accompanied by his friend, Grunt, in an attempt to get his daughter, Nia, a not-yet-knight, to learn from his example. Nia, in the process, learns how to be her "best self" and that being a knight is more than just slaying dragons.
All-Star cast includes performances by Storm Reid, TR Knight, Wilson Cruz, Bobby Moynihan, Christine Baranksi, RuPaul, Wanda Sykes, and many more.
