Nick Caplinger, the owner of Caplinger's Fresh Catch & Cuts, joined the Edge of Indy crew to talk about his fresh seafood restaurant and market. Caplinger's Fresh Catch was also featured in Yelp's Top 50 Places to Eat in Indiana 2017 list.

With over 125 years of combined experience in the seafood business, Nick and his family have become a staple on the northeast side of Indianapolis and will have other locations opening across Indianapolis in the near future!
