Prehnite was originally discovered in South Africa by Dutchman Hendrik von Prehn, hence its name. It is found in various locations around the world in a range of colours from yellow through to green. Its calming energy allows you to remove excesses from your life and rebalance and focus on what is important to you. Often prehnite is used to declutter both mind and the physical space. This gives way to increase energy that can be directed towards pursuits such as prophecy, connecting with nature and pursuing your heart’s desire. Its soft energy also helps to calm hyperactive animals or children. However with its peacefulness comes power. Prehnite allows you to find inner balance which leads to increased awareness both physically and spiritually.
