Cod Fritters Recipe;
2 cups All Purpose flour
1lb saltfish
1 tbls baking powder
1 cup water
1 scotch bonnet pepper, diced
2 springs cilantro, chopped
1 eggs, beat
2 garlic
1/4 onion regular onion, fine diced
2 stalk scallions, fine diced
2 sprig thyme, take leaves off stems
1/4 cup bell pepper
1 tsp fish seasoning
1/2 tsp black pepper
