1 Cup Radish Leaves
1 Cup Fenugreek Leave
1 Cup Spinach
2 Cup Sorghum Four
3 tbsp Wheat Flour
3 tbsp Gram Flour
2 tbsp Fresh Coriander
1/2 tsp Asafoetida
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Coriander Cumin Powder
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
1 tsp Caroom Seeds
1 tbsp Garlic Paste
1 tbsp Ginger Chilly Paste
2 tsp Powdered Sugar
1/2 tsp Fennel Seeds
3 tbsp Curd
Salt to Taste
3 tsp Oil
Water as Require
1 pinch Soda bi Carb
1/2 Lemon Juice
For Tadka:
2-3 tsp Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Sesame Seeds
10-12 Curry Leaves
1/2 tsp Kashmiri Chilly Powder
