The world's two biggest economies are set to meet this week. The United States and China will take part in the sixth Strategic and Economic Dialogue. Chinese Vice Premier Wang Yang will welcome U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry to Beijing on Wednesday. For more on this we are joined by Warren Cohen.
