In a shocking twist of events, a mother from Oklahoma, Ashley Rowland, has been arrested and charged with child abandonment after allegedly giving her toddler daughter, London Kerr, to her drug dealer, "Carlos," who took the child to Mexico where she vanished without a trace. Rowland was arrested in October after police discovered the girl had been missing since 2022. Despite extensive searches, only two photos of London as a baby were found. Rowland initially claimed the child was with her father in Georgia but later confessed to giving her to Carlos while high on drugs. Authorities are still searching for London, who would now be five years old.
