Mixing 2:1 Sugar Syrup is hard work especially if you have to mix a lot you can buy ready mixed but if you prefer you could use a electric honey extractor if you have one so using an old honey extractor this Works perfectly as long as you add the water first hot but not boiling hot. Then add the sugar slowly to allow to mix evenly.
