Ingredients
Choux Pastry:
- 80 ml water
- 80 ml whole milk
- 60 gr butter
- 2 gr salt
- 10 gr sugar
- 100 gr flour
- 3 eggs (room temperature)
- 500 ml whole milk
Custard (for the filling):
- 3 eggs (room temperature)
- 100 gr sugar
- 40 gr corn starch
- 10 gr vanilla extract
- 150 gr butter, soften
Sprinkle:
- Powdered sugar
