The bridge is fully complete. I filmed older videos of the new portion of the bridge back in March 2021 and July 2022. It looks like there will be no access to Northbound I-405 from this direction due to the curb or actually I am still not quite sure yet because there are no "NO LEFT TURN" signs posted on or near the bridge. There used to be one, but they removed it.
