Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta state is in high spirits over the February completion date of the film Village and Leisure Park in Asaba the state capital.
He believes that the commitment of the contractor to seeing the project through is a good reason to keep faith with the landmark that is designed to change the face of the city.
