Welcome to the Lental Region and New Pokemon Snap! This is the long-awaited sequel to the 1999 Nintendo 64 spin-off where you take pictures of Pokemon in natural environments rail-shooter style.

In this first part, we join our protagonist as he arrives in the region to join Professor Mirror and his assistant, Rita, in the Laboratory of Ecological and Nature Sciences. We get some tutorials and explore the first area, the Park, at Research levels 1 and 2.
