You can cycle from Upton Park in east London to Leytonstone in north east London, entirely on quiet streets and protected cycle lanes.
The route is 5.6km long (3.5 miles) and makes use of a new LTN in West Ham Park as well as other LTNs in Newham and Waltham Forest.
