We filmed this video on a trip to Dagestan, to the most remote mountain villages, where people still live the old fashioned way without gas and the Internet. They raise cattle: cows, bulls and poultry.
The village of Javgat is a Dargin village, only Dargins live there. We were invited by one family, which lives on the farm near this village and showed the preparation of their national dish - Dargin chudu with wheat porridge and nuts, kurze with nettle and БАЦБИК - chicken stuffed with nuts, liver and onions.
