Hong Kong and southern China are bracing for Yagi, a powerful storm that killed more than a dozen people in the Philippines. Conditions are currently mild but will deteriorate as the storm, now a super typhoon, nears the territory. Yagi is set to skirt around 300km to the southwest of Hong Kong tonight and tomorrow morning. It is expected to make landfall Friday evening across southwest portions of China, near the northern tip of Hainan where it will make a rare super typhoon landfall on the island. Bus services, ferries, railways along with flights across the region have been suspended. CNN's Kristie Lu Stout reports.
