BUKA STEW
13 Long fresh tatashe pepper
6 Fresh tomatoes
4 Chilli Pepper (Rodo)
Few Dried Shombo Peppers
5 Dried Tatashe peppers
Assorted meat (cooked & Grilled)
2 large Onions
Stock Seasoning (Chicken or Beef)
Palm oil
Iru (locust beans) Optional
Crayfish (Optional)
If you can’t find Dried or fresh SHOMBO or TATASHE that’s fine, you can use regular bell peppers and Rodo. Tip - DONT WORRY IF YOUR TOMATOES OR PEPPERS ARE LOOKING OR SMELLING BAD, THATS THE TRICK OF THE STEW.
