Knowing when to use a scatter chart vs. a bar chart can take some planning but is well worth it to get the results you want.
Scatter charts work great if you have various data points, such as each employee’s position in range. Organizing a scatter chart so we can review which dots are falling within each quartile, can make it even easier to visualize and convey any trends.
As an HR professional, you understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and charts like these are great ways to present data.
