A simple anti inflammatory good-gut tonic!
In a saucepan, combine:
1 cup fresh berries, sliced apple, pomegranate or grapefruit
1 tbsp fresh grated turmeric
1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
juice of one lemon
3 cups filtered water
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Optional:
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp raw honey
Bring to nearly a simmer and let steep for 10 minutes. Strain and store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Try having 1 cup a day for 4 weeks and see how you feel
