Most of the time I improvise while cooking. My family wished to have a light (and quick) savory dinner - luckily, I had a fresh baguette, a ripe avocado, frozen mushrooms and, of cause, onions. Olive oil is staple in our kitchen. Always adding a good spoon of delicious olive goodness to homemade meals.

EATING PRINCIPLES FOR #HEALTHYLIFE
1️⃣ Plate method - let each meal to include source of #protein, #fiber (vegetables), #carbs, and #healthy #fats
2️⃣ Opt for #homemade meals when possible
3️⃣ No #snacking between the meals when possible (coffee with milk is a meal)
4️⃣ Less processed foods
5️⃣ Replace candies with berries and fruits where possible
