Red, White, and Blueberry Smoothie Recipe! ⬇️
Ingredients
STRAWBERRY GLAZE
* 5 fresh strawberries
* juice of 1/2 small lemon
* 1 teaspoon maple syrup
COCONUT CREME
* 1/3 cup coconut cream, room temperature
STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE
* 1 Tbsp JOI almond or cashew milk concentrate
* 1 cup frozen strawberries
* 1/4 avocado
* 1/2 banana, frozen
* 2 pitted Medjool dates
* 1 cup water
* 1 cup ice cubes
TOPPING
* Fresh blueberries 🫐
Directions
STRAWBERRY GLAZE
1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the strawberries, maple syrup, and lemon juice. Cook until the strawberries soften, then mash with a fork. Transfer the mixture to a bowl to cool. Once cooled, mix in the hyaluronic acid.
STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE
1. In a blender, combine the frozen strawberries, banana, avocado, JOI milk concentrate, dates, ice cubes, and water. Blend until very smooth.
To Assemble the Smoothie:
1. Coat the inside of the serving glass with coconut cream.
2. Add a scoop or two of the strawberry syrup.
3. Pour in the smoothie, top with fresh blueberries, and enjoy!
