This is a video on how to do an emergency / temporary fix for a 2016-2019 Chevy Volt. The EGR valve can cause a "Propulsion Power Reduced" error and/or a P0031 (and other) check engine light error codes. In order to continue on a journey you need to disconnect the EGR Valve Electrical Plug and replace the 15 amp fuse in position F03. This video describes how to do this. This is a temporary fix to the problem of the EGR valve; the permanent fix is to replace the EGR valve or clean it.
