In this video I layout 3 phases I, as an INFP, will personally travel on leading to very concentrated, outwardly expressive anger. INFPs are typically painted as people who are depressed without much emphasis on showing anger. For me personally, I can look back on my life and agree to this, but it also doesn't mean INFPs can't be in a longer run with anger as it can affect "everyone".
