Spent a cold, December morning jigging streamers on a Eastern, PA limestone stream. Had success on my new jigged sculpin pattern called the Honey Badger Sculpin in size 10. It was winter mode fishing, as the water was low and clear. Staying below the fish and using a stealthy approach was key.
